New Car: 2013 Skoda Yeti Adventure

Skoda has introduced the Yeti Adventure special edition - a model that costs as little as £35 more than the SE variant it's based on but with up to £2,250 worth of extra equipment.

The Yeti Adventure is available in two-wheel drive with a 2.0-litre diesel engine producing 109bhp, or in four-wheel drive with a 138bhp version of the same engine. Both come with a six-speed manual as standard; there is no automatic option.

The two-wheel drive, 109bhp Yeti Adventure will be priced at £18,640 - £110 more than the SE version - while the more powerful four-wheel drive model will cost £21,215; an extra £35 over the SE trim level.

The Yeti Adventure comes with Amundsen+ sat-nav, digital radio, Bluetooth connectivity, and a multi-function steering wheel that controls the audio system and phone, all as standard. All of these are optional extras on the regular Yeti SE.

This special edition will also come with a number of interior and exterior design options as standard, including roof rails, 17-inch wheels, a black-painted roof, special upholstery, and metallic paint at no extra cost.

The less-powerful engine returns 55.4mpg and emits 134 g/km, while the 138bhp returns 48.7mpg and emits 152g/km of CO2.

The Skoda Yeti Adventure will be on sale from 22 July 2013. For more details click here.
