Most automakers use camouflage on their test vehicles to hide styling traits that'll appear on next-generation models. Ram puts camo on its trucks just because it can. After a one-year hiatus, the 2014 Ram 1500 Mossy Oak Edition has returned to the Ram Trucks lineup, sporting more camouflage and features than before. Based on the Ram 1500 Outdoorsman, the 2014 Ram 1500 Mossy Oak Edition looks much like the last version.
Like before, the Mossy Oak "Break-Up Infinity" camouflage scheme
appears on the truck's bedcaps and tailgate, with camo lower body
cladding an available extra. Break-Up Infinity also appears on the Ram's
center stack, and on its door panels. The Mossy Oak logo makes an

The 2014 Ram 1500 Mossy Oak Edition comes
exclusively as a four-wheel drive-equipped Crew Cab model, in either
6-foot 4-inch or 5-foot 7-inch bed lengths. Options include Katzkin
leather seats, and the RamBox in both bed lengths.
Pentastar V-6 is likely the standard engine, with the 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V-6,
and 5.7-liter Hemi V-8 both available options. Available in Black,
Black Gold Pearl, or Prairie Pearl, the Mossy Oak Edition will start at
$41,180, including $1195 in destination. The camouflaged Ram will make
an appearance at the 2014 Detroit auto show and should reach dealerships
