The new Alfa Romeo MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde gets a 168bhp 1.4-litre
MultiAir turbo petrol, which means it goes from 0-62mph in 7.3 seconds
and on to a top speed of 136mph.
Despite that, it will still manage 52mpg and emits 124 g/km of CO2, thanks to the new TCT gearbox and a stop-start system.
The MiTo QV gets a new rear spoiler and 17-inch alloy wheels with red
brake calipers, as well as the option of the matt Magnesio Grey paint.
It also features leather upholstery, QV logos and a 'carbon look'
The new Alfa Romeo Giulietta and MiTo Quadrifoglio Verde models will
make their public debut at the Geneva Motor Show and will go on sale in
the UK in May. There's no word on pricing yet but expect these new
models to cost around £29,000 for the Giulietta and £24,000 for the
