Geneva Show 2015 Highlights: 2016 Opel Karl
2016 Opel Karl is the newest city car from German. Introduced at 2015 Geneva Motor Show, Karl is positioned below Corsa and Adam. The city car can accommodate up to 5 people. And it has good safety systems, such as Hill Start Assist, and Lane Departure Warning. Moreover, Opel offers City Mode which reduces steering effort at the push of a button, Park Assist, and cruise control with speed limiter.
Karl is powered by Ecotec 3-cylinder 1.0 liter which produces 75 hp and its fuel consumption reach 23 km/liter. For the CO2, the 5-door car has 99 g/km. Opel Karl will be available in Europe this summer with three trim levels: Essentia, Enjoy, and Cosmo. How about is price? According to Opel, Karl’s starting price is around $11,000.
